Cancellation Policy

Please make sure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. Due to the current pandemic in the world these are our strict rules: •No Children Allowed •Only person with appointment will be allowed inside the salon •Bring a Mask •No gloves please! let’s avoid cross contamination! •Upon entering wash hands in designated area •If you are sick/ have symptoms please call to cancel, we will not provide your service otherwise. •Doors will be locked, text/call to confirm you have arrived. We will be sanitizing and cleaning after every client and we ask that you have proper ride/pick up available as we want to limit the amount of individuals inside the salon at all times. You will be asked to wait outside otherwise. We want to provide the safest environment for all! Thank you! We look forward to seeing you soon! Stay safe and healthy! Cancellations: 24 hours notice in advance for a refund or to be able to reschedule. If you fail to notify about a cancellation or to reschedule you forfeit your deposit.
